I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and made sure that I was comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the facilities were top-notch. The breakfast provided was delicious with a wide variety of options. I also appreciated the location which was easily accessible by transportation and had ample parking space. Moreover, the staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to make my stay pleasant.

The hotel offered a well-rounded breakfast and comfortable beds during our Christmas stay. The location was unique, situated in a post-industrial park with lots of history to learn about. the open-plan style kept our toddler occupied and happy, which was a plus.

there was a mix-up with the rooms in the middle of the night, which was a bit unsettling. Though it was an honest mistake, we believe the staff could have handled the situation better.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff here were incredibly helpful and friendly, immediately greeting us upon arrival and assisting us in getting settled. They went above and beyond to accommodate our request for three rooms together, making our stay as a family so much more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was convenient, especially if you're visiting the nearby UNESCO site. Plus, the breakfast spread was absolutely delicious and had a great variety of options. We were also impressed with the exceptional service provided by the staff throughout our stay.

The staff were amazing and incredibly helpful, they made us feel very welcome. the location of the hotel was ideal, close to major attractions and easy to get to by car. the buffet breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the view from the breakfast room was stunning.

The hotel was not pet, friendly like we thought it was, and we had a bit of a mix, up with our room in the middle of the night, which was unsettling. there was no tea, making facilities in the room, and room service was not available, which was a bit disappointing.
